Remedy for Anxiety

Anxiety - feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome.
The best remedy for anxiety is :
  • remembrance of Allah (zhikr),
  • and regularly praying on time,
  • and avoiding too much free time.
Well, honestly..... These 3 (only 3) things is easier said than done :(

The zikrullah is the most easiest one. I mean you could do it anywhere anytime! Praying on time could be so difficult sometimes. While being a student, there's not much free time on weekdays but i can sleep forever in weekend. Which means i do got many free time ugh T-T
Of course it’s hard. It’s supposed to be hard. If it was easy, everyone would do it. Hard is what makes it great. Okay?"
Yup. Hihi. Of course it's hard qilah. Go go go! You can do this!
